To help us fix a problem quickly, include:
- the story title or story code, if the problem is about a story
- what happened and roughly when
- your app version (shown in Account) and your iPhone model
Never send passwords, verification codes or payment card details.
Common questions
- How do I cancel my membership? Open Account → Membership → Manage subscription, or go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
- How do I get a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit Apple billing support.
- My membership is missing. Sign in to the account you used when you subscribed, then open Account → Restore purchases.
- How do I delete my account? Open Account → Delete account in the app.
