Plotlume Help
Who can use Plotlume
Plotlume is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Find your next story
Explore Discover, or tap Search to look up a title or story code. If you saw a story code in a video or post, enter it to find the matching book.
Every story in the published library is complete. Open a book to see its description and start reading the preview. Estimated reading times are a guide; read at your own pace.
Read your way
Use the reading settings to adjust the text size, font and page theme. Your reading position is saved as you read. An internet connection is needed to load story content; full offline downloads are not currently available.
Tap the bookmark on a story to add it to Saved. Stories you start appear in Library → Reading. Clearing reading progress removes the position and finished status for that story; it does not remove your bookmark.
Sign in and sync
Use one of the sign-in options shown on the sign-in screen. Email sign-in uses a verification code, not a password. Never share your verification code with anyone.
Guest bookmarks and reading progress stay on your device. When you sign in, you can choose whether to merge them into your account. Sign in to the same Plotlume account on another device to sync your library when connected.
If you read the same story on more than one device, Plotlume keeps your most recent reading position.
To add another sign-in method to your account, use Account → Sign-in methods. Using the same email with different sign-in providers does not automatically combine separate accounts.
What membership includes
An active monthly membership gives you access to the full published short-story library, including new stories as they are added. Previews are available without a membership. Membership provides access while active; it does not purchase permanent copies of individual books.
The current local price and renewal period appear before you confirm with Apple. Signing in alone does not start a subscription. No fixed number of new stories or publication schedule is promised.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Open Account → Membership → Manage subscription, or open your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Plotlume.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel. Check Apple’s subscription screen for your renewal date and cancellation status. Canceling renewal normally leaves access available until the end of the paid period. Removing the app, signing out or deleting your Plotlume account does not cancel renewal.
For Apple billing help and refund requests, visit Apple Support. Refund eligibility is determined through Apple’s process and applicable rights; we do not promise approval.
Restore a membership
Use the Apple Account that made the purchase for App Store purchases, sign in to your original Plotlume account, then open Account → Restore purchases.
Restoring a purchase does not start a new subscription. If your purchase is still pending or access is being checked, avoid buying again. Check your Apple subscription status and retry restoration when connected.
If the purchase is linked to another Plotlume account, sign in to that account. If you previously deleted it, use Membership recovery or contact support. Verification may be needed before remaining subscription access can be associated with a new account. Deleted bookmarks and reading history are not restored with a purchase.
Delete your account
Open Account → Delete account and complete the identity check. Review the subscription reminder before confirming. Account deletion does not cancel your Apple subscription; manage renewal separately if you want billing to stop.
Once accepted, the deletion process signs you out and begins removing account information and synced reading data. Check Account deletion status on this device for progress. External sign-in disconnection may take additional processing. Necessary purchase and security records are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Contact support
Email 18804061237@163.com. Include the story title or code, what happened, your app version and the approximate time. For purchase issues, describe the membership status shown by Apple. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details or unrelated personal documents.
